​Ras Al Khaimah Antiquities and Museums participated in the "First Ras Al Khaimah Innovation Hackathon - Future Pioneers" by presenting a challenge to a group of young people entitled: Alignment between the strategic level of institutions with the operational and functional levels. Where the performance of the youth team assigned to develop solutions to the challenge posed by the Department's Institutional Development Office was supervised, and this culminated in the team winning first place out of five main teams The challenge included a proposal to design an electronic system under the name "Masdar". It includes the design and development of an integrated administrative electronic system that ensures harmonization between all levels of planning at the department level, the strategic level, the operational level, and the functional level. The Masdar system is an integrated system that must be provided to all organizational units in order to be able to use it and feed it with all results. Also, if implemented, it will represent an electronic platform that all employees can use to transfer information and obtain information.​The system will represent the Department's participation in supporting the Year of Sustainability by achieving the following objectives:
