The National Museum houses a library containing books and archival documents documenting the history, culture and heritage of Ras Al Khaimah and the Gulf region in general. The library houses books and documents in Arabic and English. Staff at the museum also collect, preserve and archive documents and study such documents to promote cultural and historical awareness. The Department of Antiquities and Museums welcomes scholars, researchers and anyone interested in its documentation and studies to contact the Department for further information.
