The Department of Antiquities and Museums presented a lecture entitled "Pottery industry in Ras Al Khaimah" at the Sharjah Archeology Museum where the lecture was given by Amal Ibrahim Al-Naimi, Director of the Institutional Communication Office in the Department. The lecture was attended by a number of archaeologists and visitors.
The lecture dealt with a number of axes such as the history of the pottery industry and the areas that were famous for the ceramics industry in Ras Al Khaimah as well as the families that have mastered this traditional craft and the method of making pottery and natural resources used in this industry and the causes of the extinction of this craft
